Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Lead Engineer to supervise a team of engineers and designers, directing the total delivery of process engineering scope for major capital projects. The role involves advanced technical work, cost/schedule control, and ensuring quality.

You will establish design criteria, manage client requirements, and lead cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver efficient, constructible solutions. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant industrial experience in chemical, petroleum, or biochemical process design.
• Ability to train others in process safety and site safety requirements.
• Knowledge of process safety applications in design and project execution.
• Experience with CAD drafting standards and equipment specifications.
• Willingness to travel for pre-bid meetings, client presentations and site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and technical direction to engineers and designers for major capital projects.
• Review and approve process engineering deliverables and estimates.
• Develop design criteria, scope of work, and cost/schedule plans.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable standards and codes.
• Monitor project performance against budget and schedule; adjust as needed.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support interoffice execution.
