Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing team in Pullman, WA. You will lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in expanding, developing, deploying, and sustaining PCB assembly cleaning and conformal coating processes.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, driving quality and efficiency, and managing documentation. Strong leadership, writing, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to learn and take

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach engineers and technicians.
• Assist management in developing and executing objectives.
• Drive high quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes and tools.
