Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Pullman, WA is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in expanding, developing, deploying, and sustaining PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.

You will mentor teams, drive high quality and efficiency in manufacturing, and work with management to execute operational and strategic objectives. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Team-oriented collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians.
• Assisting management in developing and driving operational/strategic objectives.
• Drive quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes, operations, and tools.
• Manage or prepare documentation including experiments and qualifications.
