Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to guide expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCB manufacturing processes in Moscow, Idaho. You will mentor engineers and technicians, drive quality and efficiency, and help execute strategic objectives in a world-class manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, documentation, and strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement in a 100% employee-owned

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in electronic manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

  2. Mentors and coaches other engineers and technicians.

  5. Manages or prepares documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.
  6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Qualifications and Experience
  • B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in:Electronic manufacturing processes and equipment Leadership and communication skills.Electronic manufacturing techniques. Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentBackground check results satisfactory to SELNegative drug test result(s).

Pay Range

Pay range for position is $115,300 - $170,400 per year. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
