Job summary

TKDA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and execution of complex industrial process systems for mining, minerals processing, and heavy facilities. You will guide PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulics, and equipment specs while mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes client engagement, project leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead engineer on multidisciplinary industrial projects with strong design background.
• Deep knowledge of process design methods, hydraulic systems, piping, and safety principles.
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to active facilities and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering efforts for mining, mineral processing, metals, and heavy industrial projects.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances, and design criteria.
• Prepare equipment specs and procurement packages for pumps, conveyors, tanks, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and review deliverables.
• Support business development, client meetings, and proposal efforts.
