Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor for an on-site role in Fremont, CA. You will oversee the production team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and implement scalable production processes.

The role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and requires 3+ years in supervision within manufacturing, with strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities. This position is fully on-site and supports continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing/operations environment is essential.
• Proficiency with production systems; lean manufacturing methods (TPS) and scale-up production will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians and resources to meet production schedules while improving safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Supervise and motivate the ink manufacturing team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure procedures are followed and support updates; develop and implement scalable production workflows.
