Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Sr. Staff Process Engineer to join our Fremont, CA team.

You will provide direct process engineering support across multiple manufacturing functions, address production issues in real time, collect and analyze equipment and product data, and drive improvements to yield and efficiency. The role requires a BS/MS in engineering or related fields, 5+ years in manufacturing (semiconductor, hard disk, solar or related), strong communication, and proven ability to work with

Qualifications

BS/MS in Engineering or related field with 5+ years manufacturing experience.
Experience in semiconductor, hard disk, solar, or related industries.
Ability to analyze equipment and product data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

Provide direct process engineering support across multiple functional areas for manufacturing.
Address production issues in real time and analyze data to disposition accordingly.
Define preventive and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and sustain procedures and documentation; train production staff.
Collaborate with Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing to improve efficiency.
