Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years exposure to heavy industries.
• Experience in mining or mineral processing is a plus.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Electrical and Instrumentation team and contractors.
• Plan maintenance tasks within budget and time frames.
• Coach and mentor technicians and trades helpers.
• Assist in training and developing the E&I group.
• Be on-call rotation and support plant operations during outages.
• Maintain a tidy workshop and safe working environment.
