Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Specialist III, Prior Authorization in Phoenix to lead the day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team and coach teammates to achieve KPIs and provider/patient satisfaction.

You will train staff on RxVector, NCRX, Lighthouse, Banjo and Cover My Meds, optimize workflows, and partner with leadership to drive continuous process improvements while ensuring compliant operations across Lumicera.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.
• 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare experience.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prior Authorization team and coach teammates to meet KPIs.
• Train new and existing specialists on core responsibilities and tools.
• Identify workflow and process improvement opportunities.
• Provide daily operational support and answer day-to-day questions.
• Assist in prioritization and triage of prior authorizations; manage queues.
• Support compliance and diversity objectives; perform other duties as assigned.
