Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, preferably in drinking water systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong understanding of water treatment and distribution infrastructure.
• Experience with modeling/design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Plant3D, Civil 3D, or WaterCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead drinking water infrastructure projects from planning through construction and completion.
• Oversee engineering studies, designs, reports, and documentation.
• Provide guidance on water treatment, storage, and distribution improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving.
• Mentor junior staff and support technical quality across projects.
• Evaluate existing water systems and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, regulatory agencies, and leadership.
• Support proposals and help communicate technical concepts clearly.
