Job summary

Designworks Talent is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead utility infrastructure projects from planning through delivery in Indianapolis, IN. This role supports water, wastewater, and stormwater initiatives and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, engaging directly with clients to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

PE license required.
7+ years of Project Manager experience or 10+ years for Senior PM role.
Proven track record delivering drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver utility infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals.
Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
Monitor project performance including budget, schedule, quality and risk.
Ensure QA/QC compliance for all deliverables and documentation.
Track labor utilization, revenue forecasting, billing and documentation.
Represent the firm at client meetings, public hearings and presentations.
Conduct site visits and construction observations as needed.
Lead multiple projects from concept to completion within schedule and budget.
Mentor engineers and project managers and oversee proposals, contracts, and budget forecasting.
