SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Primary Care Physician for an outpatient practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This full-time, on-site role centers on patient-first care with extended visit times and a collaborative pod.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, a generous PTO with rollover, CME support, retirement plan, and malpractice protection.

Competenze

  • MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
  • Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License (or license eligible).
  • 5–20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.
  • Commitment to relationship-based medicine and preventive care.

Mansioni

  • Deliver comprehensive, relationship-focused outpatient medical care with focus on prevention and wellness.
  • Lead an active clinical pod and manage a dedicated patient intake.
  • Direct care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative support.
  • Participate in low-volume after-hours triage with group colleagues.
  • Coordinate care across multidisciplinary network and documentation to quality standards.
  • Build lasting patient partnerships with extended visit times and personalized planning.
