Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician for an established outpatient clinic in the Metro Atlanta area. The role emphasizes patient-first, low-volume, high-quality care within a dedicated care pod, with a collaborative on-site team including health coaches, behavioral health specialists, dietitians, and care coordinators.

The position offers a high-touch practice environment with extended visit times and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License or license eligibility
• 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on disease prevention, lifestyle medicine, and long-term wellness
• Lead a clinical pod and manage care for a dedicated patient intake
• Coordinate care workflows with on-site nursing and admin staff
• Participate in after-hours triage shared among colleagues
• Coordinate patient care across an integrated multidisciplinary network
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with quality standards
• Build lasting patient partnerships through extended visit times and individualized care planning
