Your Talent Team in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Board Certified Primary Care Physician to join a premier outpatient clinic in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will lead a dedicated care pod and collaborate with health coaches, behavioral health, dietitians, and care coordinators to deliver patient-centered, preventive care in a low-pressure, high-touch practice.

Qualifications include MD/DO, Georgia license, 5–20 years of outpatient experience, and board certification in IM or

Qualifications

  • US medical school graduate (MD or DO)
  • Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License (or eligible)
  • 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience

Responsabilités

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on disease prevention and long-term wellness
  • Lead an active clinical pod with dedicated intake of patients
  • Direct care workflows with on-site nursing and admin support
  • Share after-hours triage with group colleagues
  • Coordinate patient care across an integrated multidisciplinary network
  • Maintain thorough medical records in line with quality standards
  • Build lasting patient partnerships through extended visit times and individualized care planning
