The role offers a transparent salary progression from $250,000 to $300,000 annually as you build a full patient panel, with light after-hours coverage and a collaborative team focused on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License (or license eligibility).
• 5–20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on disease prevention and long-term wellness.
• Lead an active clinical pod with dedicated intake and on-site support staff.
• Coordinate care workflows with multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in after-hours phone triage with group colleagues.
• Ensure thorough medical record documentation compliant with quality standards.
• Build lasting patient partnerships through extended visit times and individualized care planning.
