Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Board Certified Primary Care Physician to join a premier outpatient clinic in the Metro Atlanta area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on relationship-based, preventive care and leading a dedicated care pod with established patient intake.

Compensation starts at $250,000 and progresses to $300,000 with a full patient panel, plus robust PTO, CME support, and comprehensive benefits in a patient-first practice setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited US medical school.
• Board Certification in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Georgia Medical License or eligible for immediate endorsement.
• 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care with emphasis on disease prevention and long-term wellness.
• Lead an active clinical pod with dedicated intake of patients.
• Direct care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative support.
• Participate in a low-volume after-hours phone triage schedule with colleagues.
• Coordinate patient care across an integrated multidisciplinary network.
