Clear Concepts, Inc. invites a Board Certified Primary Care Physician to join our premier outpatient clinic in the Metro Atlanta area.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes relationship-based medicine, preventative care, and a low-volume, patient-centered workflow. You will lead a dedicated care pod with on-site nurses and coordinators, participate in after-hours triage, and benefit from generous PTO, CME support, and a comprehensive benefits package as you grow from base salary to a full

Qualifikationen

Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License or eligible for immediate endorsement.
5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.

Aufgaben

Deliver outpatient medical care with prevention focus and long-term wellness.
Lead an active clinical pod and manage dedicated patient intake.
Coordinate care with on-site nursing and admin staff.
Participate in after-hours triage shared among colleagues.
Coordinate across multidisciplinary network with specialists and coaches.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards.
Build lasting patient partnerships with extended visits and planning.
