Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for an outpatient, on-site practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This full-time role offers a patient-first, low-volume environment with a dedicated care pod and team-based care.

Compensation starts at $250,000 annually and increases to $300,000 once a full patient panel is established. A comprehensive benefits package includes PTO with rollover, holidays, CME allowance, retirement plan with employer

Qualifications

Graduate of a U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; active Georgia license or license-eligibility.
5–20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.
Strong commitment to relationship-based medicine and preventive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on disease prevention and long-term wellness.
Lead an active clinical pod and manage care for a dedicated patient intake.
Coordinate care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative staff.
Participate in an equitable after-hours phone triage schedule with colleagues.
Coordinate patient care across an integrated network of specialists and health coaches.
Maintain thorough medical record documentation in line with quality standards.
Build lasting patient partnerships through extended visit times and individualized care plans.
