Qualifications

• Board certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Georgia medical license or eligible for immediate endorsement.
• 5–20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.
• Commitment to relationship-based medicine and preventive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care with focus on disease prevention and long-term wellness.
• Lead a clinical pod with on-site nursing and administrative support.
• Coordinate care across an integrated multidisciplinary network.
• Maintain thorough medical record documentation compliant with standards.
• Engage patients with extended visit times and personalized care planning.
