Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in the Metro Atlanta area seeks a Board Certified Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for a full-time, on-site outpatient practice.

You will join a patient-first, low-volume team with dedicated care pods, health coaches, nutritionists, and care coordinators, with a starting salary of $250,000 rising to $300,000 once a full patient panel is established.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for immediate endorsement.
• 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.
• Strong commitment to relationship-based medicine and preventive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care with emphasis on prevention and long-term wellness.
• Lead a clinical pod with on-site nursing and administrative support.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and strive for patient satisfaction.
