Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for an outpatient practice in the Atlanta metro area. This full-time, on-site role offers a patient-first, unhurried environment with dedicated care pods and a team-based approach to prevention and wellness.

You will lead an active clinical pod, manage a steady patient panel, and collaborate with health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to deliver personalized care with extended visit

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
  • Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active Georgia Medical License or eligible for immediate endorsement.
  • 5–20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.
  • Commitment to relationship-based medicine and preventive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outpatient medical care with emphasis on prevention and wellness.
  • Lead a clinical pod and manage a dedicated patient intake.
  • Coordinate care with on-site nursing and administrative staff.
  • Participate in low-volume after-hours triage with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with specialists, health coaches, and dietitians.
  • Maintain thorough medical records compliant with quality standards.
  • Build lasting patient partnerships with extended visit times.
