Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. partners with an Atlanta-area medical group to recruit a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for an outpatient practice. This full-time, on-site role starts at $250,000 annually and rises to $300,000 once a full patient panel is reached.

You will lead a patient-first pod, collaborate with health coaches and care coordinators, and benefit from a comprehensive package geared to long-term wellness and prevention.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License (or license eligible for immediate endorsement).
• 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.
• Commitment to relationship-based medicine, patient advocacy, health optimization and preventive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on prevention and long-term wellness.
• Lead an active clinical pod and manage a dedicated patient intake.
• Coordinate care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative support.
• Participate in after-hours phone triage with group colleagues.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with quality standards.
