Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for an outpatient clinic in the northern Metro Atlanta area. This full-time, permanent, on-site role offers an outpatient schedule and a starting salary of $250,000 per year, increasing to $300,000 with a full patient panel.

You will join a patient-first care pod with integrated health coaches, care coordinators, and a focus on preventive care. Qualified candidates hold a U.S.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License required (or license eligible).
• 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience required.
• Commitment to relationship-based medicine, patient advocacy, health optimization, and preventive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and long‑term wellness.
• Lead an active clinical pod and manage care for a dedicated patient intake.
• Direct care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative support staff.
• Participate in an equitable, low-volume after-hours triage schedule with group colleagues.
• Coordinate patient care across an integrated multidisciplinary network.
• Maintain thorough medical record documentation in line with quality standards.
• Build lasting patient partnerships through extended visit times and individualized planning.
