Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Direct supervisory and administrative oversight to multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinating substance use and prevention initiatives ensuring fidelity to evidence-based models.
• Proven ability to manage performance data, grants, and required reports.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to present to partners, schools, youth and staff.
• Representing organizational interests in interagency meetings to provide feedback.
• Ability to maintain professionalism across diverse community environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Department’s prevention initiatives across multiple programs and teams.
• Provide direct supervision and administrative oversight to Prevention Specialists and Coordinators.
• Ensure prevention activities utilize evidence-based models with 100% fidelity and comply with grant conditions.
• Oversee timely data submissions and prepare performance reports.
• Deliver trainings and presentations to schools, agencies, youth, parents and partners.
• Represent the department in stakeholder meetings to support departmental objectives.
