Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton in Hamilton, NJ seeks a Hub Prevention Consultant to collaborate with school districts and community partners to deliver training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies. You will assist with data collection, reporting, and quality improvement for prevention programs targeting youth and families.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Education (or 7 years related experience), 3+ years in non-profit settings, and a NJ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field or Education preferred.
• At least three years' experience in non-profit, social services, or related programs.
• Experience implementing evidence-based prevention education models.
• Note: Valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field or Education preferred, experience in the provision of prevention education related programs.
• At least three (3) years' experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention education programs, or any other human service programs preferred.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures preferred.
• Note: Valid New Jersey driver's license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.

Licenses/Certifications Needed

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Education related fields or 7 years of related experience preferred.
