Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services Group seeks a prevention program supervisor to plan and implement evidence-based prevention services in schools and communities across Burlington County, NJ. The role involves coordinating with schools, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners to deliver trainings and workshops for youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in a related field (e.g., counseling, public administration, social work).
• At least five years of experience in a social service environment implementing evidenced-based practice models.
• Three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with at-risk youth and marginalized communities through prevention education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement prevention programs in schools and communities.
• Supervise a team of prevention specialists delivering trainings and workshops.
• Establish alliances with schools, law enforcement, healthcare providers, community centers and service providers.
• Coordinate service delivery across Burlington County.
• Coach and mentor staff to ensure fidelity to evidence-based curricula and program standards.
