Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks a Team Lead Prescriber Administrative Assistant to support our psychiatric and clinical teams in Watertown, MA. You will handle client inquiries, scheduling, and medication-related logistics while coaching new PMAAs and ensuring quality, HIPAA-compliant patient care.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll coordinate care between clients and providers, manage the medication logbook and daily prescription monitoring
