Babilou Family US is seeking a Certified Teacher to create safe, nurturing learning environments and design high-quality curricula across our Little Sprouts locations in New England. You will guide teaching teams, model sustainable practices, and foster partnerships with children, families, and colleagues.

The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate practice, environmental stewardship, and ongoing educator growth with year‑round operations.

Qualifications

• Active teaching certification as required by state licensing.
• Experience teaching young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development, curriculum design, and classroom safety standards.
• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor support staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility and stewardship.
• Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high‑quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children during learning activities and maintain safety protocols.
• Engage families through conferences, events, and ongoing communication.
