The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher in Brooklyn, NY to lead classrooms and create a welcoming, engaging environment for young children. Implement the LEAP Curriculum across age groups, support families, and collaborate with staff to drive enrollment and program goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education, Early Childhood, or Special Education (required by some postings).
• 6+ months teaching experience preferred; 1 year preferred if possible.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, with Infants, Toddlers or Preschoolers.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents via apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
