Job summary

The Learning Experience seeks a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a welcoming classroom where children learn through play, growth mindset, and our LEAP Curriculum®.

You’ll collaborate with families and staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment that supports academic and emotional growth. Applicants should have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a high school

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma/GED required.
• Commitment to creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming classroom space for learning and growth.
• Use a growth mindset to inspire love of learning in children.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for play and study.
• Communicate with parents about children's progress through apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to support enrollment and engagement.
