The Learning Experience - Middleton, WI is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will nurture a welcoming classroom and guide children through the LEAP Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Communicate regularly with parents through apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
