Job summary

The Learning Experience - Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children learn through play, curiosity, and discovery. You will nurture social, emotional, and early literacy development in a supportive environment.

You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, collaborate with families and daycare staff, and drive enrollment and engagement while benefiting from state-of-the-art classrooms and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred, or high school diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions
• Support enrollment and engagement goals with center leadership
