Job summary

The Learning Experience #121 is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to create a stimulating classroom where children learn, play, and grow. You will implement our L.E.A.P.

Curriculum across Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool groups, fostering both academic and emotional development. Engage with families through apps and discussions, collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment goals, and contribute to a positive, dynamic teaching environment committed to the motto that learning

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months of professional teaching experience required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children per needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates through apps and discussions.
• Partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a joyful learning atmosphere.
