The Learning Experience – Bushwick is seeking a qualified Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our 3-year-old classroom, applying the LEAP curriculum and hands-on learning approach.

You will foster curiosity, support early literacy, language, math, science, and social-emotional growth, while building strong relationships with families and collaborating with a Teaching team.

• Follow applicable New York City childcare requirements.

Location: The Learning Experience – Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY
Pay: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Start: Immediate Opening

The Learning Experience – Bushwick is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our 3-year-old classroom.

We're looking for an educator who understands that three-year-olds learn best through exploration, movement, conversation, creativity, and plenty of hands-on experiences. You'll create a classroom where children build confidence, independence, friendships, and the foundational skills that prepare them for their next stage of learning.

What You'll Do

• Lead a nurturing and engaging classroom for 3-year-old learners

• Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements
