The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom in New York, NY. You will lead daily routines, implement the LEAP curriculum, and partner with families to support development.

Eligible candidates have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or higher and strong leadership and communication skills. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or higher.
• Minimum 90 credits in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous professional early childhood classroom experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with toddlers or 2-year-old children preferred.
• Strong classroom leadership and communication skills.
• Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements.

The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards is seeking a highly qualified Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our classroom serving children approximately 2 years old.

This is an important developmental stage as children rapidly build language, independence, friendships, and confidence. We're looking for an experienced early childhood educator who can create a structured, nurturing classroom while turning children's natural curiosity into meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily routines and learning experiences for 2-year-old children
