The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards is seeking a highly qualified Lead Preschool Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom in New York, NY. You will guide daily routines, implement the LEAP Curriculum, and create engaging learning experiences that foster language, independence, and social skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or higher required.
• Minimum 90 credits in Early Childhood Education required.
• Previous professional early childhood classroom experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with toddlers or 2-year-old children preferred.
• Strong classroom leadership and communication skills.
• Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements.

• Observe developmental progress and maintain required documentation.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers.
• Follow applicable New York City childcare licensing requirements.

Location: The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards, New York, NY

Pay: $22-$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards is seeking a highly qualified Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our classroom serving children approximately 2 years old.

This is an important developmental stage as children rapidly build language, independence, friendships, and confidence. We're looking for an experienced early childhood educator who can create a structured, nurturing classroom while turning children's natural curiosity into meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences for 2-year-old children

• Create engaging experiences through art, music, movement, sensory play, literacy, and exploration
