Our Lead Cooks will take guests on a culinary adventure in an immersive and entertaining atmosphere. You will lead your team of prep and line cooks, helping them refine their culinary skills, grow their careers, and fuel their passion for food. No two days are the same, and an entire store full of fresh, world-class ingredients is your pantry.

What will I do?

1. Assist in overseeing kitchen staff, educating and sharing your passion for food.
2. Lead by example, setting the tone for an efficient work pace.
3. Prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure timely and efficient preparation.
4. Forecast restaurant and guest needs when planning production and prioritizing tasks.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook.
2. Knife skills.
3. Experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
4. Enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts.
2. Experience leading a team.
3. Experience with Asian cuisine.
4. Experience in various restaurant or hospitality roles.
