Pape’ Kenworth – Anderson, CA is seeking a Premier Truck Technician / Mechanic to lead diagnostics and complex repairs for medium and heavy‑duty Class 7 & 8 trucks. You will oversee technicians, mentor peers, and uphold safety and quality standards in every task.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on medium and heavy‑duty class 7/8 trucks including engines and electrical systems.
• Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; Cummins and MX software experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and strong communication skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, advanced repairs and shop excellence for Class 7/8 trucks.
• Oversee precision diagnostics, repairs and ensure peak condition of every vehicle.
• Mentor and coach other technicians to raise technical capability.
• Troubleshoot engines, transmissions, axles, brakes, electrical and air systems; perform preventive maintenance.
