Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• 8 years of estimating experience with a concentration in mechanical construction projects.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work in fast-paced team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction processes including management, coordination, and delivery of preconstruction phases.
• Produce progress estimates at design milestones and review bid package scopes.
• Develop detailed take-offs, evaluate costs, and oversee subcontractor/supplier bidding.
• Maintain client relations and represent the firm on schedule and cost matters.
