Haydon, headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Estimator to lead the preconstruction phase across multiple projects. You will develop General Conditions estimates, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and coordinate with operations to ensure alignment with project requirements.

You will also guide design partners and assist in RFP/RFQ responses, while building strong client and trade partner relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of related experience in estimating and managing commercial construction.
• Strong leadership, estimating, client relations, and subcontractor relations.
• Proficient in MS Office; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Primary contact with the client during preconstruction.
• Lead and manage preconstruction for multiple projects.
• Lead and manage preparation of competitive bid pursuits.
• Develop General Conditions estimates for senior leadership.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for projects.
• Coordinate with operations to meet project requirements.
• Lead design partner interactions for effective solutions.
• Assist in responses to RFPs/RFQs and pursuit interviews.
