Altisource is seeking a Team Lead for Pre-Closing Operations in the United States. You will lead a processing team, manage daily workflows, ensure SLA adherence, and drive quality and risk controls while supporting client relationships and operational efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in mortgage operations, 1+ year in a leadership capacity, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and reporting. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage operations or related financial services experience.
• 1+ years of formal or informal leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop Processing Specialists and Associates.
• Manage daily processing queues and workloads to meet SLAs.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for stakeholders and manage client relations.
• Analyze production metrics and drive process improvements and automation.
