Siemens Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Charlotte, NC Transformer Manufacturing Center to lead process operations in large power transformer production. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost efficiency while driving a high-performance team culture across technicians.

The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, manage schedules, ensure adherence to EHS and QA protocols, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in energy manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams with focus on safety and quality.
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA, and cyber-security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define strategies to foster a high-performance team culture while adhering to manufacturing guidelines.
• Oversee production activities and contribute to production planning based on schedules and quality standards.
• Promote technician participation in EHS evaluations and Quality Gates (QGs).
• Track KPIs and implement mitigation plans for deviations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct 1st level meetings with technicians to address deviations in the process.
