Job summary

Siemens Energy in Charlotte seeks a seasoned Supplier Quality Expert to lead supplier qualification, audits, and resolve complex quality issues across power transformer manufacturing.

You will drive quality strategies and monitor supplier performance, coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Project Management to embed quality from design to production while promoting safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or related engineering field.
• 8+ years in supplier quality, quality engineering, or related areas in energy/transformers.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and supplier quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and nonconformance resolution across power transformer manufacturing.
• Define quality strategies to support supply chain resilience and localization.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Project Management to embed quality from design to production.
