This role will be based at our new Siemens Energy Transformers Manufacturing Center Factory in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The facility is planned to be built by late 2026 for production commencement.
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead process operations in the production of Large Power Transformers. This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your technical development through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced manufacturing teams across Siemens Energy's global network. During the facility startup phase, travel may include international assignments lasting up to 4-6 weeks at a time. These experiences are designed to build technical expertise, support operational readiness, and contribute to the successful launch of our new facility. As local operations become fully established, travel requirements are expected to decrease significantly. This role is critical in ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to planning processes throughout the final execution. The ideal candidate will drive a high‑performance team culture in collaboration with technicians across various areas.
