Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent related experience in the energy industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with strong understanding of processes, quality control and safety standards.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for development, training and launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Define strategies to build a high‑performance team culture while ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee production activities and contribute to production planning and scheduling.
• Promote technician participation in EHS evaluations and Quality Gates.
• Track KPIs and mitigate deviations with corrective actions.
• Lead 1st level meetings to address deviations during manufacturing.
• Develop and implement development plans for technicians.
