Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis seeks exceptional Electrical Engineers to design, build, and optimize on-site power infrastructure for AI supercomputing facilities. You will work across battery storage, high-voltage transmission, and gas turbine generation, collaborating with electrical, mechanical, and construction teams to deliver massive-scale power solutions.

The role is full-time and onsite in the Memphis region, requiring hands-on work across environments and flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.
• Experience across power systems, HV transmission, or data center power infrastructure preferred.
• Knowledge of ERCOT, NERC reliability standards, and utility interconnection processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for on-site power generation, high-voltage transmission, and large-scale energy storage.
• Develop single-line diagrams, protection and control schematics, relay settings, and interconnection designs.
• Perform power system studies (load flow, short circuit, transient stability) using ETAP or PSS/E.
• Coordinate with generators, battery storage, transmission, and data center loads.
• Support permitting, utility coordination, and site commissioning.
