Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies, and AI/datacenter power delivery architectures.
• Experience interpreting customer and system-level requirements and translating them into product specifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define new power management and power stage products.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Create product specifications, roadmaps, and datasheet inputs.
• Engage customers to understand future platform needs.
• Guide technical tradeoffs with design, packaging, applications, and validation teams.
• Track market trends, competitors, and product gaps.
• Support product launch, sampling, and customer adoption.
