Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in semiconductor product development, power electronics, or related fields.
• Experience translating customer and system requirements into product definitions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive next-generation multiphase power stage products from concept through development kickoff.
• Partner with Systems Applications Engineering to translate AI, computing, and datacenter power needs into solutions.
• Lead product architecture across MOSFET tech, gate drivers, sensing, telemetry, protection and packaging.
• Collaborate with Design, Validation, and System teams to set specs and performance targets.
• Develop PRDs and define feature roadmaps including efficiency, power density, thermal, and reliability.
• Conduct benchmarking, modeling, and feasibility studies to identify trends and roadmap needs.
• Drive early risk assessment and technology evaluation before development starts.
• Interface between Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, Design Engineering, and customers.
