Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Experience within power electronics or semiconductor industry.
• High-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter design experience.
• Lab skills for testing and debugging with power supplies and oscilloscopes.
• Circuit design and simulation using SPICE and MATLAB.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution and technology fit assessment.
• Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level.
• Support MOSFET Go‑to‑Market activities to drive design-wins including customer on-site visits.
• Create technical product collateral such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials.
• Translate customer/validation insights into requirements for development projects and support their execution.
• Provide technical product training to internal and external partners.
