Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of semiconductor product development, power electronics, applications engineering, system architecture, or product definition.
  • Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies, and AI/datacenter power delivery architectures.
  • Experience interpreting customer and system-level requirements and translating them into product specifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, power electronics, applications engineering, system architecture, or product definition
  • Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies, and AI/datacenter power delivery architectures
  • Experience interpreting customer and system-level requirements and translating them into product specifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with power stage performance metrics, including efficiency, switching losses, thermal performance, current sensing, and protection features
  • Experience defining semiconductor products from concept through production
  • Knowledge of Intel VR, AMD SVI3, PMBus, telemetry, and server power architectures
  • Experience with competitive benchmarking and roadmap planning
